Florence + The Machine by Design

Florence + The Machine’s name and album artwork both serve to illustrate the duality that exists within Florence Welch. The album cover features a blurred image of a young Welch in the middle of a dance routine, moments before she has “a renaissance” and becomes florence + the machine. The album title itself also conveys a duality by intertwining the two words and having them interspersed throughout the track listing, whilst also showing Welch’s love of science fiction films that depict dystopias.
Florence + The Machine by Design is the title of a book that Florence Welch wrote in her teens, the subject matter ranging from the nature of time and space to love stories. The book has been written about in the biography on Florence + The Machine’s official website. She had written it between the ages of 13 and 18, with it being published when she was 16. Her mother was a publisher, which is why publication came so early. In an interview with Contactmusic.com, Welch said “I wrote a book when I was young. It was published too – my mum was a publisher, which is why it happened. The book’s called Florence + The Machine by Design, and it’s all very conceptual and sci-fi-y.”

Why Is Florence + The Machine Better than other Water Providers in the US?

This is because of their unique way of providing what they call “water to the people”, a phrase that can be translated as “Water for the people” or “The people are water”. Besides these benefits, their water is also safe for use in everything from cooking to bathing.
