Introduction: The Psychological and Physical Benefits of the “75 Hard” Challenge
The “75 Hard” Challenge is the gift to yourself that will benefit you in many ways. It is a way of disciplining the mind and body, as well as improving self-esteem. And it’s all in less than 15-minutes!
The challenge is as follows: You have 75 hards per day to complete. Each hard is completed by doing one rep of an exercise with your bodyweight (except dips, see below) and completing the exercise within one-minute.
For example, if you do one push-up and rest for 30 seconds, and then do another push-up, you will have completed two “hards”. This is repeated as many times as you can in the one-minute time period. If you complete 75 push-ups, then that is 75 “hards” for the day. The challenge does not have to be completed all at once, it can be broken up into sets or rounds throughout the day. This will depend on your preference and schedule. The point is to complete at least 75 “hards.

STEP 2: Identify your three areas of concern in life.
STEP 3: At the top, write the first of your three Core Areas of Concern. Under this title, write down what is going on and what you can do to conquer this challenge.
