The reason that it’s healthier than other diets is because people who follow this diet use only whole foods. Whole foods avoid the chemical additives and preservatives in processed food, which make them more nutritious and often add a lot of extra calories.
Whole foods have more nutrients and fiber than processed foods, which makes them healthier for you.

These books are the only ones that I would recommend to those of you who are interested in a plant based diet. They provide very clear information on how to prepare, cook and eat these diet. There is no nonsense approach and they provide an abundance of recipes, as well as websites and resources where you can find them. These are the books I will be referencing throughout this article. I hope that they serve you well and I hope you like them as much as I do.

The book is called “Taste for Life”, ISBN: 0-595-22950-4 which can be found on Amazon .com . The book has over 300 recipes and a meal plan.
