Introduction: The mind is everything what you think you become. It’s a combination of the way we think, feel and understand the world around us. In other words, it’s our thinking and our emotions that tell us what we’re feeling. If a person has a positive outlook on life, he or she will always feel better about things in general. If someone who does not have such positive outlook on life feels down, he or she will come to see the negative side of things as well.
