Life is too short to wake up with regrets. If you don’t have anything positive to say about your life, then you need to make some changes. Think about how far you have come, the people who have helped you on your journey, the opportunities that could open up for you if something doesn’t go as planned. Instead of waking up every morning dreading what will happen for that day because things haven’t turned out like you wanted them to be in the past, make sure it’s a beautiful day and enjoy it 100%. If you’re always thinking of the bad things, it’s only going to haunt you. There is so much to be thankful for and who knows what the future will hold?
Always remember that life is too short to wake up with regrets.

Generating content and spending time on your business is important, but what if you have a day to live?

I had no idea my life would be like this. I was always under the impression that people said “you will live a long time” but I never thought it was serious. But now I am, more than ever. My husband of twenty-one years passed away unexpectedly on April 25th, 2014 after a long battle with cancer. He left behind two children, a beautiful home and many people who loved him, including me. I had worked hard my entire life and finally achieved my dreams of owning my own business. I thought when I retired in 2015, that would be the hardest thing I had to go through. Life got a lot harder than that. While it’s so important to spend time with your family, volunteering at the local hospital or other charity or going out with friends, don’t neglect your business! Your hard work should not go unnoticed by your customers, employees or the community you live in. One day you could be gone. Never put off doing anything you want to do or want to say. Generating content and spending time on your business is important, but what if you have a day to live?
