Article critics say that Swalwell’s bill would not change Trump’s tax filings because the president is immune to civil lawsuits while in office, even if they are filed by the U.S. House of Representatives.

Can the “Blue Wave” be a “Blue Tsunami?”

The author of this article is a lawyer and is well-known for saying that there is enough evidence to impeach Donald Trump. In this article, he tries to answer the questions of how the impeachment process works. He also talks about how it is a difficult process as evident by the fact that Richard Nixon was like to be impeached but he resigned instead.
The author says that in case Trump is forced to resign, Mike Pence will become the president and if he is impeached, then it will be the Speaker of the House who will move up to the presidency. This can only happen when there are Republicans in Congress.
On Monday, 2018-09-24, CNN reported that Eric Swalwell (D–CA) said that there’s a “blue wave” coming in November and he thinks that it can be a “blue tsunami”.
This article is based on an interview that the author did with a lawyer in the midst of an anti-Trump rally in Washington, DC.
