Why Microsoft Office 365 is Migrating to the Cloud

Moving from Microsoft Office 2007 to Office 365 has been a big step for our organization, but we had to make that decision in order to keep our clients up-to-date with the most innovative and functional business productivity software available anywhere. We are able to meet the needs of clients who want Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets stored on their computers, as well as those who want to store their files in the cloud. The latter option is ideal for users who want to work on their documents and spreadsheets when they’re not at their offices. They simply log in to their computers from home or another location, or download the files directly on-the-go.
However, one of the biggest pieces of advice we’ve been given is that our clients need to be prepared for when Microsoft Office 365 stops being a 100% solution and starts to evolve into more of a multi-service platform. This means they’ll have to use Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint and Skype as additional tools that can supplement their Office 365 subscriptions.
Office 365 is still new for most businesses, so there are still a lot of questions and concerns about what it means to have their files saved on the cloud. Many users simply don’t understand that they can save their most recent documents, spreadsheets and presentations wherever they want – in the cloud or on their computers. Our clients are also concerned with how they can be sure that their data isn’t lost when Microsoft Office 365 moves beyond the subscription model and evolves into a multi-service platform to help improve efficiency, productivity and collaboration between departments.

What is New in Microsoft Office 2016

Microsoft Office 2016 is a suite of tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Microsoft Word has been around for quite a while and has been improved over the years. However, one thing that has stayed consistent is the ability to edit documents with ease. If you need to make changes that you don’t have time to make yourself or if you are inexperienced at editing documents then Microsoft Office 2016 can help you find all the answers you want in your document very fast. Microsoft Office 2016 uses an updated user interface and also a new cloud based service that assists you as you create a document.
The Office 2016 suite includes the following:
● Word for writing letters, reports, research papers, etc.
● Excel for creating graphs and charts from data or from formulas that you set up. You can use charts to see trends or compare information in your document.
● PowerPoint for creating presentations and for building slideshows for sharing with others online.
● Outlook for keeping track of appointments and dealing with e-mail.
● Publisher for creating brochures, flyers, business cards and gifts. So if you want to put your name or company name on something that is going to be seen by others then publisher is the tool you will want to use. You can also select different templates in Publisher so that it puts your own company logo on the products that you make.

No, but I just recently bought the Office 365 ProPlus product and I’m having a terrible time getting it to work with my old PC. It keeps giving me a disk error. I can’t get the download to work either.
