Introduction: What is Inner Peace?
Inner peace is a general term used to describe a state of mind, who is or what someone feels inside. Inner peace can be attained through meditation and prayer, but also by other means. It’s a difficult concept to define. For many people, the concept of inner peace is completely contradictory to their own circumstances. Everyone has experienced pain and fear/worry/resentment in their life, so trying to define inner peace is like trying to define happiness. It’s a concept we’re all familiar with, but not everyone can experience it.
Inner peace is usually obtained by living a life without worries or anger. It can be achieved by people who have never known pain by meditating and living the life of a monk or nun. However, those people are very rare, since no one can completely remove all thoughts of anger and worry from their mind. In fact, most of us feel anger at least once in our lives, despite our attempts to avoid it at all costs.
Different Types of Violent Behavior
Inner peace is something that many people try to achieve. Inner peace is a goal. We should not let the behavior of others destroy our inner peace, therefore it is also an objective. Objective: to not let the behavior of others destroy our inner peace.
There are different types of violent behavior that we meet. The behavior of others is a factor that contributes to the achievement of our inner peace, but we should not under estimate it and let it hinder us from achieving our objective.Violent behavior is one of the factors that may destroy our inner peace so let’s look at what causes this violence, how these people behave and what they do to cause violence.
Violent behavior is caused by anger, frustration and greed. Anger, frustration and greed are negative emotions that may cause violent behavior because they are the causes of angry people. These are the three basic emotions that anyone could experience.
Anger is a strong feeling in someone’s body when something happens that they do not like or when they feel like they have been wronged. It is also a cause of violence because anger can be directed towards innocent people which can lead to violent behavior.
Frustration is feeling angry because it is not possible to change a situation, something that causes great emotional discomfort and can lead to violent behavior.
What Are the Different Substances That Can Remake You into a Manic?
Drugs, alcohol and cigarettes are the most common substances that can make you manic. Drugs and alcohol can destroy your peace of mind because they create illusions to the outside world. As you are intoxicated, you cannot see reality. This is why drugs are not good for inner peace.
Marijuana, heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine are the most common drugs that can make you manic. These drugs are illegal because they are highly addictive. When you use these types of drugs, there is a great chance for you to become psychologically dependent on them. This is why you need to be careful in using these chemicals. The reason why this drug can create illusion is because it blocks certain aspects of your brain. This means that it blocks the normal functioning of your brain cells.
When you are psychologically dependent on these drugs, you start to see hallucinations. Hallucinations are the experience of seeing things that aren’t real. This is why these drugs can destroy your inner peace since they are capable of making you hallucinate.
How Alcoholism Shapes Society.
Alcoholism disrupts the society and this disruption is a significant problem. Alcoholism is harmful and dangerous. Alcohol destroys the human mind gradually. It also destroys inner peace. Alcoholism destroys the human mind gradually because as you consume alcohol, your body/mind is addicted to it. Alcohol affects the brain and body. It causes depression, anxiety and sometimes violence. Alcoholism disrupts the society, especially at home and school.
Alcoholism destroys the human relationship in family and at school. Alcoholism causes depression and anxiety. It also causes anger, violence, divorce and court cases. Alcohol affects the brain/body which increases violence. It causes anger/violence because alcohol produces more adrenaline in your body which makes you more aggressive or violent.
Alcohol damages DNA so it is impossible to have a normal child after consuming alcohol for a long time. Alcohol also causes cancer, heart problems, high blood pressure and stroke. Alcohol also causes impotence in men which means when you have sex with your wife it does not produce any results.
Alcoholism is not good for small kids because too much alcohol can damage their brain and body. When a kid drink alcohol at a young age it can lead to psychosis, depression and other disorders. Alcoholism can also lead to suicide through self-harm like cutting yourself or killing yourself.
What About Those Drugs?
Many people are using different types of drugs to escape reality, because they want to feel good, but these drugs often destroy their inner peace. Once you start using these drugs, it will be hard to break the addiction. For example, every time you use it again, your mind is getting worse and worse. In the end, you will lose control of yourself. In a drug addict’s mind, his thoughts are not real anymore. Being addicted to drugs makes it very difficult to find inner peace.
You cannot always rely on the fact that you will feel good when using drugs. In the end, it is just a temporary feeling that goes away. When you start using drugs, you may have a wonderful time and feel good, but eventually all your thoughts will be turned upside down. At this time, it will be very difficult for you to find inner peace again because all your energy has been wasted. Your mind is being controlled by drugs so for sure your inner peace will be destroyed.
If you are thinking about using drugs, it will be easy for you to experience regret. You will be so worried that your inner peace is destroyed that you will not be able to go on without concerns. You will feel like a loser because once again you have made a mistake. If you have never had a problem before and now your inner peace is destroyed, it is really really hard to find inner peace again.
When you are thinking about using drugs, it shows how much control the mind has in creating thoughts and emotions. These thoughts and emotions are not real. For example, your mind is creating a thought such as “I will feel good when I use drugs” and this thought will lead to feelings of excitement and pleasure. When you feel that you have achieved something, you can get excited about it for a moment. This excitement will soon go away, however.
Here are some examples of how drugs destroy inner peace:
